Description
CycloneFiber-65 is a machine vision camera with very high frame rate of 71 frames/sec at full resolution. For real-time image data transmission, the fiber optic interface CoaXPress-over-Fiber (CoF) based on standard and industrial proved components is used. The protocol is close to the one used for the CoaXPress 2.0 interface. The advantages of this interface are thus also available to the CycloneFiber-65 camera. In addition, very long transmission distances can be bridged.
The camera integrates the GMAX3265 sensor and provides high sensitivity. Up to 71 fps are transmitted at full 65 Mpixel resolution. Reducing the vertical resolution allows to use the cameras for applications where typically line-scan cameras are used.
