Optronis is aware of the risk of infection by SARS-CoV-2 viruses in the workplace. In order to protect its employees globally, rapid antigen tests are offered since end of March. The tests are professionally operated and interpreted by trained persons in the company. This improves preventive health care. For employees from neighboring France, who for crossing the border sometimes need to provide evidence not to be infected, appointment at an external test center and waiting is avoided.<\/strong><\/p>\n Optronis had been is health-conscious since the beginning of the Corona pandemic. Early on, there was the possibility to work in a home office. Medical masks were made available to employees as early as spring 2020. With the renewed rise in infections in Germany in the fall of 2020, the home office regulation was expanded and a more comprehensive hygiene concept was introduced in the company.
